#Love Live! Superstar!!’s Nako Misaki Tests Positive For COVID-19

The official website for Love Live! Superstar!!, the newest edition to the Love Live! family, announced yesterday that the voice actor and singer for Chisato Arashi, Nako Misaki, has tested positive on June 20 for COVID-19 after having a fever on June 19. Her condition is stable with her fever reducing. she is currently resting at home (only serious cases are sent to the hospital).

 

According to the post, the other members of Liella! were classified as close contacts and had to also get PCR tests. Those tests came back negative, though they’re under quarantine at home in accordance with policies set by the Ministry of Health. The staff is working closely with the girl’s local health centers to stay in line with federal guidelines and to make sure everyone is safe.

 

A radio appearance by the group on Love Live! Series All Night Nippon GOLD has been canceled, with Love Live! Superstar!! WEB radio show postponed until further notice.

Love Live! Superstar!! is scheduled to begin on NHK-E on July 11, with the staff from the first season returning.
