A friend of doomsday-obsessed Idaho mom Lori Vallow penned a letter detailing how her pal once had deadly “visions” — and calling her cult “the work of Satan,” according to a report.

In the lengthy letter, Melanie Gibb says Vallow — whose children’s remains were found on her new husband Chad Daybell’s property last week — foresaw her ex-husband, Charles, dying before he was shot to death last year, according to the East Idaho News.

“Charles was supposed to die according to the visions she had of him dying and she was greatly disappointed when he didn’t,” she wrote, adding that Vallow was head over heels for Daybell. “Chad and Lori were so anxious to be together that Chad devised a plan and called Lori to let her know that Charles was taken over by an unclean spirit and was no longer Charles anymore. These unclean spirits would later be called Zombies.”

Gibb stopped short of claiming that Vallow had a role in her ex-husband’s death but called the situation “troubling.”

But she added that Vallow may have been manipulated by Daybell, who was “soft spoken” and seemed to “have all the answers.”

“There is nothing like letting the world see you be deceived,” she wrote. “Satan came knocking.”

She added, “My heart is so broken because of what happened to all those who were murdered and those who I once called my friends.”

Vallow and Daybell were part of a doomsday cult called Preparing a People, which believes in prepping for a second coming of Jesus Christ and the end of days.

On July 11, Charles was fatally shot in the chest by Vallow’s brother, Alex Cox, at a home in Arizona, according to Fox 10 Phoenix. In September, Vallow’s children JJ Vallow, 7, and Tylee Ryan, 17, vanished. Daybell’s first wife, Tammy Daybell, 49, was found dead at her home in October.

The couple fled to Hawaii in November after authorities started asking questions about Vallow’s kids.

Vallow was arrested in February and charged with two counts of desertion for failing to turn over the children to authorities. Daybell was arrested last week and pleaded not guilty to two felony charges of concealment of evidence.

The couple is in custody in Fremont County, Idaho.
