Hear the follow-up to 2024’s excellent Cold Visions
Swedish rapper Bladee has shared a new, three-track EP called Ste the Beautiful Martyr 1st Attempt. It’s the follow-up to his 2024 album Cold Visions, which came in at No. 4 on our Best Albums of the Year list.
The three new songs reunite Bladee with some of his frequent collaborators. Ripsquad’s Lusi and Woesum co-produced “One In A Million,” a track that first leaked a few months ago and has been in demand ever since. Cold Visions co-executive producer Gabriel Schuman worked with Eurohead on “Ask Jade” and “St. George the Martyr,” with the latter track also enlisting 30nickk and Mechatok.
Check out the video for “One In A Million,” directed by Hendrik Schneider, above; it stars Bladee, who waves a flag-draped sword in slow-motion. This year Bladee teamed up with James Ferraro and Microsoft for an A.I-assisted video game called Sanctuary.
