#Listen to Big Red Machine’s New Song “The Ghost of Cincinnati”

Big Red Machine, aka Aaron Dessner and Justin Vernon, have shared a new song from How Long Do You Think It’s Gonna Last?, ahead of the album’s release on August 27. Check out the video for “The Ghost of Cincinnati” below.

Aaron Dessner sings the vocals for “The Ghost of Cincinnati,” which has orchestration from his twin brother Bryce. The song was mixed by Jonathan Low, who shared the 2021 Grammy Award for Album of the Year with Aaron Dessner and Taylor Swift for his work on folklore.

Guests on the new record include Taylor Swift, Fleet Foxes’ Robin Pecknold, Sharon Van Etten, and, on lead track “Latter Days,” Anaïs Mitchell. Big Red Machine’s self-titled debut came out in 2018.
