#Lil Uzi Vert Ramps Up 'The Pink Tape' Promo With New Hairstyle

Lil Uzi Vert is taking his sweet time with releasing the highly-anticipated The Pink Tape, and fans are still looking for any update on the album’s status. After teasing an alleged song or album title last week, Uzi is back and fans think he’s hinting at the project again.

On Tuesday (December 29), OurGenerationMusic shared a post of Lil Uzi Vert donning a new colorful hairstyle full of pink, blue and yellow dreads similar to the eccentric locks he had earlier in his career. In the series of clips, fans can see Baby Pluto walking around a store as he checks out some jewelry pieces.

Now there may not be a reason behind Uzi taking on a new hairdo, but fans really think it has something to do with The Pink Tape, especially when some of Uzi’s new dreads were dyed pink.

“I guess this means we goin into the pink album era for real now,” one fan wrote in the caption of OurGenerationNow‘s post while another said, “Pink Album Otw.”

Fans are more than ready for Uzi to officially unleash the project, whatever the case may be with his new hairdo. The Philly native renewed interest in the project earlier this week after keeping silent on it for two months. Uzi took to his Instagram Story with a post of a dry erase board with the word “DELTA PINK” written on it.

The last update Lil Uzi Vert gave on The Pink Tape was at Rolling Loud New York where he performed three songs off the project in front of a raucous Big Apple crowd.
