Nas, his man, and a woman named Ashley hash out their differences in the comic sketch.
Lil Nas X remains committed to the bit. The viral star has shared a whole Maury episode based on the storyline to his previous “That’s What I Want” video. The 20-minute video, which you can see above, tackles an “unbelievable love triangle” Nas has gotten himself into alongside his boyfriend Yai Ariza and a woman named Ashley who happens to be married to Ariza. It’s an awkward situation but nothing Maury Povich hasn’t seen before.
And so we get a Maury segment entitled “Leave Your Wife for Me Today … That’s What I Want.” Nas tells Ashley the truth about her husband and their affair. She brands him a homewrecker which…. seems harsh. Ariza states the obvious and tells Maury he’s confused. Then come the dramatic staples; a paternity suit, lie detector tests, a proposal, and a general sense of this all being a fever dream.
“That’s What I Want” features on Lil Nas X’s 2021 album Montero. Nas recently made headlines when a proposed move into the NFT space alongside TikTok was shelved.
