“#Lenovo’s ThinkBook Plus Gen 3 Packs a Second Screen Where You Least Expect It – Review Geek”

As part of CES 2022, Lenovo unveiled a fleet of new laptops, including a laptop with some truly clever design aspects. The Lenovo ThinkBook Plus Gen 3 is the most exciting among them, rocking an ultrawide display and second display where we wouldn’t have expected it to be.
The premium laptop has a 17.3-inch ultrawide display with an incredible 21:10 aspect ratio along with an 8-inch full-color touch-enabled LCD glass display, with an 800 x 1280 resolution, to the right of the keyboard. Lenovo believes that the secondary display will make it easier to multitask while keeping your setup portable so you can stay productive wherever you go.
Application sub tools can be displayed on the secondary display, as can a different app than what’s currently being used on the primary display (like a notepad for jotting down thoughts during your Zoom meeting). You can also use the integrated digital pen with ColorKing Plus and digital Pantone libraries to edit and refine images, color match. Furthermore, the “waterfall” capability makes it even more useful for tasks like viewing document sources, as an extension of the document you’re viewing on the main screen.
There’s also a “Magic Launcher” option that allows you to place your most commonly-used app icons on the second display for quick and easy access without interrupting whatever you’re doing on the primary screen. The second display also supports smartphone mirroring, making it even easier to work and access files across devices.

Beyond the super cool second display, the ThinkBook Plus Gen 3 has plenty of other powerful specs and features to offer. It’s powered by a 12th Generation Intel Core H-Series processor, and you can add up to 32GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 2TB of solid-state storage. The computer also packs a gorgeous 3072 x 1440 resolution with a 120Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision, up to 400 nits of brightness, and a whopping 90% screen-to-body ratio.
It also offers a Smart Power button with an integrated fingerprint reader, an FHD IR camera with a physical privacy shutter, a Harman/Kardon-developed Dolby Atmos speaker system, Wi-Fi 6E support for solid connectivity, and a backlit keyboard and glass Click Pad. Between the specs and some seriously powerful hardware, the ThinkBook Plus Gen 3 is a great laptop for anyone working at a small or medium business, producing creative projects, or multitasking on a regular basis.
