Harry Potter fans will be delighted by the latest set revealed by LEGO: an enormous reproduction of Gringotts Wizarding Bank, including a vast underground section and a Ukranian Ironbelly dragon. However, you may need to down some Polyjuice Potion and break into the bank if you hope to afford it.

The new set costs a whopping $429.99. It’s no wonder LEGO is billing it as a Collectors’ Edition set with an 18+ rating. Although, to be fair, the price isn’t actually too bad for what you get.

Gringotts Wizarding Bank – Collectors’ Edition comes with 4,803 pieces, which is actually a very decent cost per piece. It’s also absolutely massive, clocking in at 29.5 inches (75cm) tall when fully constructed. If that sounds a little daunting, you can easily separate the overground and underground sections, bringing the height down to 14.5 inches (35cm). After separating the top of the set, you can even combine it with LEGO’s Diagon Alley set to fill out your LEGO Wizarding World.

The top section of the set features the bank foyer and mezzanine, built from striking white bricks, with perfectly crooked pillars out the front. There’s even an additional section for the Magical Menagerie next door. On the back of the set, you can see into the interior of the bank, with various goblins hard at work. But the real excitement comes down below.

The underground section of the bank features a spiraling cart track, visiting three separate bank vaults. The play action in the set will even stop the cart at each vault door as it hurtles down the track. LEGO also promises a magical surprise inside Bellatrix’s vault.

In addition to the building itself, you get 13 minifigures with the set, including two Harry Potter minifigs (one from The Sorceror’s Stone and another from The Deathly Hallows: Part 2), Hagrid, Bogrod, Griphook, Ricbert, two other Gringotts goblins, a couple of guards, a Death Eater, and Ron and Hermione, along with alternate appearances in their Gringotts disguises as Dragomir Despard and Bellatrix Lestrange.

And did we mention there’s a dragon? This fire-breathing beast has space for three minifigures on its back and can even perch atop the roof of the bank.

LEGO is set to release the Gringotts Wizarding Bank – Collectors’ Edition on September 4. But if you’re a LEGO VIP, you can snatch it a few days earlier on September 1. This would make an excellent gift for any Harry Potter fan as it’s packed with Easter eggs and offers everything you need to stage the best scenes from Gringotts bank. You might just need to save up your golden Galleons if you hope to afford it.

Gringotts Wizarding Bank – Collectors’ Edition

This massive set offers two levels of the Gringotts Wizarding Bank, with a winding cart track rollercoastering down the underground level. And to top it all off, you also get a fire-breathing dragon.
