The 48-year-old rapper took to Instagram on Friday and shocked fans with dramatic before-and-after photos documenting his recent major weight loss. If you’ve been looking for some motivation to get fit in quarantine, look no further than the now-strapping New York native!

In his jaw-dropping post, the Touch It artist is seen proudly lifting up his t-shirt at the gym to display his rock hard abs and overall chiseled torso. He made sure to include a shirtless shot of himself before the transformation so that followers can really see how much progress was made.
Rhymes is gearing up for the October 30 release of his first studio album in eight years titled, Extinction Level Event 2: The Wrath of God. In his caption, he explained how putting out new music was a driving force behind his desire to slim down, writing:

Scores of fans flocked to the comments section to congratulate Busta on his new physique and deliver words of encouragement to keep the positive change going. The MC has obviously been putting in some hard work, but he also credited companies like Weight Watchers and Peloton (whose social media accounts were both tagged on the upload) for helping him achieve the unspecified weight loss goal.
Unfortunately, not everyone was initially as supportive of the now-viral transformation though!

50 Cent continued his streak of relentless trolling and took to IG hours later to mock the performer, real name Trevor Tahiem Smith, Jr. The Candy Shop rapper reposted the “before” pic and replaced the “after” portion with an unflattering snap of The Last OG actor Tracy Morgan. He joked in the caption:

But once followers swiped left, the second photo of Busta looking fit appears with a kinder note, which reads:
“Nah, Bus did the work and back in shape. I can’t wait to hear the album.”
Now, that’s more like it! Seriously, there’s no room for bad vibes here and we’ve had enough of hearing 50 insert his ridiculous and often unwarranted opinions where it doesn’t belong. We’re honestly surprised he found time to comment on this between his Donald Trump lovefest and pestering other peers in the industry.
