Favorites to win the 2021-22 NBA Championship

The Warriors may not be the same team that many know, but they’re still packed with all-star players and they’re topping the list for a reason. A record of 53-29 earned the Warriors 3rd place in the Western Conference, and they have looked dominant in their run to the Conference Finals.

Jordan Poole seems to have taken the reigns from Draymond Green and Steph Curry, and has been the shining star in the Warriors playoff run so far. The Warriors have a tough task ahead in facing the Mavericks, who took down No.1 seeds Phoenix Suns in the last round.

Latest 2021/22 NBA Championship betting news

Phoenix Suns were blown out by Dallas Mavericks in Game 7, a shock many didn’t see coming. The Mavs were priced as high as +5000 just a week ago, and have now crashed into +650.

Golden State Warriors have remained favorites for the previous two weeks, and certainly look the strongest team of the final four. A dominant game six display against the Grizzlies was enough to book their place in the Conference Finals. Their home form has been remarkable in the playoffs, where they haven’t lost a game so far.

Boston Celtics wiped the floor with Brooklyn Nets in round one, but it took seven games to get past the Milwaukee Bucks. Giannis gave it everything for the reigning champions, but the Celtics prevailed.

Miami Heat are the highest seeded team remaining, but enter the series with the Celtics as underdogs. Perhaps folks are sleeping on the Heat, who would be my pick to win it all.
