20 years ago today in Japan, Kogado Studio released Aoi Umi no Tristia, or Tristia of the Deep-Blue Sea. A PlayStation 2 version was released on August 11, 2005, followed by a PSP version on August 9, 2012 in celebration of the game’s 10th anniversary.
Given the URL and ocean theme, the September 15 announcement is likely in celebration of the Tristia of the Deep-Blue Sea‘s 20th anniversary. However, whether it is another port, remaster (restore?), or new entry in the series remains to be seen.
