“#Kodak Black’s AC Unit Good Will Accused Of Being A Disturbance”

Following his alleged pair of visits delivering the $1,200 worth of AC units, the Housing Authority filed a cease and desist against Kodak claiming he caused “disturbances” while shooting a music video on the property and blasting music loudly.
“Your actions have adversely impacted the Property’s residents’ right to peacefully enjoy the property,” the legal docs allegedly read.
The Sniper Gang leader’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, spoke up for Kodak Black and fired back at the Housing Authority.
He said it was “sad” and “shameful” and went on to call out the HA for attempting to stop the help of underprivileged residents during the brutal summer months of Florida heat and also in the midst of a pandemic.
Cohen said Kodak played some music at low volumes during his trip but did not disturb anyone or shoot any sort of music visual.
Kodak Black will also be performing Friday night in Miami (September 3) at the Wynwood Oasis alongside Lil Uzi Vert as part of Future’s Haiti benefit concert. The funds generated will be distributed to help those devastated by the August earthquake in Haiti that killed more than 2,300 residents.
