“Killer arrested after confessing to stabbing NYC man: cops”

The killer wanted for repeatedly stabbing a 72-year-old Staten Island man in his bed last month was arrested after allegedly confessing to the grisly crime, police said Monday.

Seneca Morciglio, 44, turned himself in on Saturday afternoon for the Nov. 14 murder of Eugene Reba, who was found stabbed multiple times in his Graniteville home, according to the NYPD.

Police said the two men were acquaintances, but did not provide a motive for the slaying.

A home health aide had found the septuagenarian unconscious in his bed with several stab wounds to the torso around 10:40 a.m., according to cops.

After making the grisly discovery, the health aide called 911. Reba was pronounced dead at the home on Richmond Avenue by EMTs.
