#Kemono Jihen Gets Second PV, OP Preview

Upcoming anime Kemono Jihen received its second PV, which also previews the opening song by Daisuke Ono. The anime is due to release on January 10, 2021. 

Based on a manga by Shou Aimoto, the anime is directed by Masaya Fujimori (Izetta: The Last Witch) and written by Noburo Kimura (Motto To Love Ru, Persona5 The Animation). Other staff include Nozomi Tachibana (ClassicaLoid) as character designer, Yuki Miyamoto (Ascendance of a Bookworm Season 2, How NOT to Summon a Demon Lord) as creature designer and action animation director, Sachiko Nishiguchi (The God of High School) as art director, and Tappei Sato (Kakushigoto, Magical Girl Spec-Ops Asuka) as photography director.

The Kemono Jihen cast includes Natsumi Fujiwara (Great Pretender) as Kabane Kusaka, Natsuki Hanae (Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba) as Shiki Tademaru, and Ayumu Murase (Attack on Titan: The Final Season, D.Gray-man Hollow) as Akira. Junichi Suwabe, Daisuke Ono, Yumiri Hanamori, Kana Hanazawa, and Hiro Shimono are also in the show. 

Anime News Network describes the premise as

 In a quiet rural village, many domestic animals die unnatural deaths in a strange incident. To resolve the incident, an odd-looking man from Tokyo who goes by the name “Inugami” comes to the town to investigate. In the town, he meets a young boy who has a mysterious air about him called “Dorotabō”
