Filipino hip hop collective Kartell’em is reuniting for a special homecoming show, “Balik Makati” (Return to Makati), where the majority of its members are based. The show will be held on January 28, 2023, at Arkipelago in Bagtikan St., Makati.

This is the collective’s first show since their limited ‘Tell’em Wasak’ tour and a one-off show in Quezon City last year.

Included in the final lineup announced via Kartell’em’s social media channels yesterday (January 22) are the complete members of Kartell’em, with solo performances from Sica, Yorko, Wavyier, Ne7in, Nicknamem and IDSG, Tatz Maven, Hardknockz, AGENT2K of Bawal Clan, Badindieeye, PRETTYMF9INE, Crown Shyness, 33Mob, Bankyu, Webmob, and NPS. Muii and Kartell’em’s Ruiijikun will be manning the deck.

Originally comprised of 10 members—Waiian, Ne7in, Yorko, Sica, Wayvier, Ruiijikun, Nickname, O’neen, Aftermatt, and JWuds—their last release as a unit was in 2021 with the 7-track mixed-language album, Tell’em Wasak (Wreck).

An open mic segment will also be open to aspiring MCs at the show.
