#Kakushigoto Theatrical Edition to Stream on Funimation

Funimation announced that it will stream Kakushigoto theatrical edition (Kakushigoto – Himegoto wa Nandesu Ka-) on August 6. The movie will include scenes not featured in the anime series and will also provide another conclusion. 

The initial announcement said that the movie can be enjoyed whether or not one has watched the series. 

The anime movie will be available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. It will be availale in Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Peru later this month. 

The returning staff includes Yuuta Murano as director, Aoshima Takashi as scriptwriter (this time in collaboration with Murano), Shuhei Yamamoto as character designer, Kouhei Honda as art director, Nobori Haruko as color designer, Teppei Satou as photography director, and Yukari Hashimoto as music composer. Ajia-do Animation Works is in charge of the animation production.

Funimation describes the series as:

Single father Kakushi Goto has a secret. He’s a top-selling artist of popular erotic manga, but his impressionable young daughter, Hime, can never find out! Now he’s having to bend over backwards just to keep her inquisitive little mind from discovering what he does for a living. A father-daughter tale of love and laughter.
