Shonen Jump manga series has never been one to turn a blind eye to high fashion, with series such as JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure and Bleach working with some of the world’s biggest fashion brands to show just how cool (and stylistic) the manga series can be. Now it seems another Shonen Jump manga has made its way to high fashion, with Tatsuya Endo‘s popular espionage manga, Spy x Family, collaborating with Dior for the company’s Spring / Summer 2021 collection.
Endo drew the Forger in some stylish threads, with Yor wearing some of this season’s collection.
Not only that, the Japanese ambassador for Dior, model and flutist Cocomi, was also given an illustration by Endo inspired by the collection and Yor’s own personal style.
More details on the collaboration will be found on the website of the campaign, including a few real-life “nude makeup” looks using Yor as a reference on Cocomi. Spy x Family is serialized on the digital Shonen Jump+ platform in Japan every two weeks. Viz Media’s Shonen Jump app is releasing the chapters in English as they’re released in Japan and they describe the series as such:
