The latest episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon featured a performance from Tame Impala. Kevin Parker, wearing a newsprint-laden shirt, delivered a remote performance of “Borderline” from The Slow Rush backed by a small band and lots of gear. Watch it happen below.
The performance follows the band’s recent NPR “Tiny Desk Concert” of Slow Rush songs. Four Tet’s Kieran Hebden recently remixed “Is It True” from the same record, which also got a new music video. In June, sometime Tame Impala member Jay Watson released his new GUM album Out in the World.
