“#SHINE POST Idol Anime Announced for Summer 2022”
Multimedia idol project SHINE POST is getting an anime, which will premiere in Summer 2022. The news was revealed during a live announcement event.
The staff includes Kei Oikawa (Umamusume: Pretty Derby) as director, SPP as series composer, Rakuda (ORESUKI Are you the only one who loves me? light novel) and Tatsuto Higuchi (Revue Starlight series composer) as scriptwriters, Buriki (ORESUKI Are you the only one who loves me? light novel) as original character designer, and Yoshihiro Nagata (The Hero Is Overpowered But Overly Cautious animation director) as character designer. Studio KAI is the animation production studio.
An anime music video featuring the song “Be Your Light!!” was also released.
The SHINE POST project includes a light novel, a mobile game, and live events. The light novel, which is written by Rakuda and illustrated by Buriki, follows the TiNgS idol unit and their unmotivated manager.
The real-life idol group consists of Moeko Kanisawa, Yuuko Natsuyoshi, Sayumi Suzushiro, Rimo Hasegawa, and Rika Nakagawa, who also voice the members of the fictional media version of TiNgS. The five of them voice Kyouka Tamaki, Rio Seibu, Haru Nabatame, Yukio Gionji, and Momiji Itou respectively.
