Jonathan Cheban has listed his New York City apartment for $2.6 million with Douglas Elliman’s Neal Klotsman, The Post can exclusively reveal. Kim Kardashian’s BFF is relocating to Miami and is offering his apartment fully furnished.

“The Foodgod left no expense spared with his designer renovation, it truly is one of the most beautiful units in the building,” Klotsman told The Post.

Located in the Sky House, the two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home features floor-to-ceiling windows with open views from all exposures.

Cheban’s apartment has been completely remodeled with Venetian plaster and high-gloss-painted walls paired with mood lighting throughout.

The open chef’s kitchen includes an island with under-lighting, custom Italian cabinetry, a built-in television and high-end Italian stainless steel appliances.

Bathrooms are outfitted with Cavali tiling, zebra marble and alligator tile walls, as well as a Toto toilet and wide-plank walnut flooring. Smart home technology enables remote control of all electronic systems, from black-out shades, lighting (including the Schonbek chandelier) and television.

Furnishings include a suede down sofa, 65-inch Sony TV and a Keller Harris extendable table.
