The Giants’ record is ugly and chances are it will get uglier. Joe Judge’s first season as head coach has not started out the way he had hoped. But he isn’t worried losses will lead to fracturing or players losing their belief in him or his coaching staff.

“We established the buy-in early in our culture and our process by the relationships we established with each individual,” Judge said on Friday over Zoom. “When they understand collectively as a staff the relationships we have with the team and the way they feed off each other, that helps you go through adversity.”

The schedule gets even tougher the next two weeks for the Giants (0-3), with games at the Rams and Cowboys. Big Blue will be major underdogs in both games. An 0-5 start is very realistic.

“Regardless of your record in this league, everyone is going through some kind of adversity in their own locker room right now,” Judge said. “We have our storm, everyone else has their own storm. It’s up to us to make sure that we just keep improving on a weekly basis. There’s a lot of football left to be played.”

That could be looked at as a positive or a negative.

Rams cornerback Jalen Ramsey offered a “no comment” to the team’s reporters on Friday about facing Giants receiver Golden Tate. Ramsey, a three-time Pro Bowler, is the father of two of Tate’s young nieces and reportedly ended a long relationship with Tate’s sister while she was pregnant last summer. Last October, Tate told The Post: “I’m not happy at all with the disrespect that he’s shown towards my sister, and the things he’s done in the past, but I don’t really want to go too much into it.”

Ramsey had the final word on Twitter, writing: “We live in a society where ignorant people feel that they are owed an explanation of what goes on in our day-to-day lives … and why we make the decisions we make … we don’t have to answer to anyone but the man above. S–t is beyond overrated.”

The Giants didn’t make Tate available to reporters this week.

To make room on the active roster for safety Sean Chandler, who was signed off the practice squad, the Giants cut tight end Eric Tomlinson. He’s expected to remain with the organization on the practice squad.
