#There is a dating app just for bald people now

A new dating site aims to help those who are bald or have thinning hair find partners who “prefer it that way.”

Matchmaking site Bald Dating is looking to help those without — or with very little — hair on their head find love in an inclusive environment. “Being bald can be very hard for some people and they lose their self-confidence. Bald Dating was created to show that being bald doesn’t matter,” reads the site’s description. “There are many people who don’t mind you being bald and there are even others who prefer it.”

In order to join, it’s necessary only that members meet at least one of two requirements: either they themselves are bald or thinning “up top,” or are open to dating someone who is.

The site was created by “Niche Dating Man,” David Minns, who previously launched a dating site for men with “dinky” penises as well as an “extreme” love-finding app that only pairs users with 20-year age gaps.

Bald Dating features a single like button, the ability to immediately contact users you’re interested in, the ability to block users you’re not and does not require photos. Nudity and “overly sexual images” are banned and membership is free, with a VIP upgrade coming soon, according to a press release.

Minns, who is bald himself, was inspired to create his most recent dating site by “news stories about ‘Hatfishing,’ where men are ashamed of their lack of hair and hide under a hat on dating profile pictures,” he wrote in the site’s description, saying the trend “shocked” him. “I made a dating site for men with a below-average penis size called Dinky One. Over 100,000 people have joined so far, you may think today’s world is [judgmental,] but in reality, anything goes if you’re confident.”
