#Jeffrey Epstein’s private jet on sale in Florida for $16.9M: report

A private jet that once belonged to Jeffrey Epstein has hit the market for $16.9 million with a listing that includes photos of the plane’s insanely posh interior, according to a report.

The 2008 Gulfstream G550 has been listed on Florida-based aircraft sales firm Equus Global Aviation’s website, including pictures showing the jet’s recently renovated interior with camel-colored leather seats and wood finishes, the Daily Mail reported Friday.

The listing says that the plane can hold 16 passengers, adding that the interior was overhauled and the exterior was repainted in 2018. It also says that the G550 has spent 5,747 hours in the air.

The Coral Springs aviation company confirmed the listing price to the Daily Mail but declined to comment further. However, the outlet reports that the tail number of the jet, N212JE, leads to a company established in the US Virgin Islands linked to Epstein.

The sale of the jet — which was just one that Epstein owned alongside a Boeing 727 dubbed “Lolita Express” and a Gulfstream IV — could mean millions for his estate which is facing a slew of lawsuits and must also pay women who are accepted into a victims compensation fund, the outlet reported.

The plane first came into Epstein’s possession in 2013 when one of his companies purchased it before it was transferred in 2018 to another of his businesses, US Virgin Islands company Plan D, records from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) show, according to the report.

The G550 flew 107 flights from January 2018 through June 2019 primarily between airports near the multi-millionaire’s homes in Palm Beach, Manhattan, Paris and the US VI, according to aviation database ADSBExchange, the Daily Mail reported.

It was not known who was on each trip as passenger logs are not public record.
