#Jeffrey Epstein victim says he abused her for 15 years: suit

Another Jeffrey Epstein victim has come forward, alleging in a new lawsuit that she was sexually abused by the dead pedophile for 15 years beginning when she was in high school, according to court papers.

The victim — who filed suit anonymously in Manhattan Supreme Court on Tuesday under the name Alice Poe — alleges Epstein had her recruited to New York so he could abuse her, which he did from 2003 until 2018.

“Consistent with Epstein’s modus operandi,” while the woman was under age in high school, Epstein trafficked her to the Big Apple “under the guise of being recruited to work,” the court papers claim.

After she arrived, the 66-year-old hedge funder repeatedly sexually abused and raped her “on a continuous and systematic basis from 2003 through 2010,” the court documents claim.

“Epstein’s horrific crimes and tortious acts continued with less frequency through 2018,” the suit charges.

The woman was subjected to “strangulation, slapping, beating, tormenting, abuse, insult, coercion, gaslighting and physical injuries” that resulted in “confusion, trauma bonding” and other emotional and physical injuries, the filing claims.

The woman “was young, vulnerable and struggling financially” and “Epstein used techniques to further inhibit, indoctrinate, and threaten the plaintiff such that she was forced to comply with what he requested to achieve his goals and desires,” the court papers claim.

She has had to seek medical care for her “permanent and lasting” emotional and physical injuries, the court documents claim.

The victim — who was able to bring her claim under New York’s Child Victims Act, which ends Saturday — is suing Epstein’s estate for unspecified damages.

Lawyers for the estate did not immediately return a request for comment.

On Monday, an Epstein Victims’ Compensation Program ended after paying over 130 victims $121 million. Many victims have chosen to fight their claims in court instead of opting into the fund.
