#Jabra Launches $80 Elite 3 Earbuds and Teases Two Premium Models – Review Geek

“#Jabra Launches $80 Elite 3 Earbuds and Teases Two Premium Models – Review Geek”

Jabra is best known for bulky, high-end earbuds, but the company is spreading its wings with the release of three new products. Available today, the $80 Jabra Elite 3 packs a ton of premium features for an affordable price. And coming October 1st, the Jabra Elite 7 Pro and Elite 7 Active buds finally bring slim form-factors to the Jabra catalog, plus some killer new sound technology.
If you need an affordable pair of earbuds for the gym, the Jabra Elite 3 look like a fantastic option. They sport an IP55 water and dust resistance rating, plus a 7-hour play time or 28-hour total battery life with the charging case. Powerful 6mm drivers with aptX support offer “exceptional” sound quality despite the $80 price tag, and you can dial in sound using the Jabra Sound+ app on your phone.
Like other Jabra buds, the Elite 3 pack customizable onboard controls with physical buttons—say goodbye to flaky touch controls! A single tap on the Elite 3 buds can bring up your voice assistant, Spotify, or even Jabra’s HearThrough transparency mode to better hear your surroundings. The only thing that’s missing here is ANC, something that competitors like SoundCore offer for the same price (though the Elite 3 buds may win on sound quality, we’re working on a review right now).

The new Jabra Elite 7 Pro and Elite 7 Active are improvements on the Elite 65t and Elite 75t earbuds, which Jabra will slowly phase out over the coming months. Some of the Elite 7 Pro’s new features are crazy, by the way. At $200, it has an insane 9-hour battery life with ANC or 35 hours with the charging case. New microphone sensors cancel external noise during your phone calls, and an integrated bone conduction sensor picks up your voice using vibrations from your jaw bone.
Jabra’s Elite 7 Active are similar to the 7 Pro, though they ditch the microphone sensors for a “ShakeGrip” coating and reduced $180 price tag. The Elite 7 Active’s grippy design should save you from adjusting your earbuds while working out, though we won’t know for sure until we try them ourselves.
You can order the $80 Jabra Elite 3 earbuds now at Amazon or Best Buy. The premium Jabra Elite 7 Pro and 7 Active launch October 1st for $200 and $180, respectfully.
