Itachi Uchiha, Hinata Hyuga, Gaara, and Orochimaru are set to arrive at the Fortnite item shop on June 23, 8PM ET with the battle royale game’s Naruto Shippuden “Rivals”-themed collaboration. 

The skins will come with alternate Styles that depict the characters’ selves from different time periods as well, such as Itachi’s Black Ops alt Style, Gaara’s Fifth Kazakage alt Style, Orochimaru’s Hidden Leaf alt Style, and Hinata’s Hinata Uzumaki and the Byakugan alt Styles. Hinata, Gaara, and Itachi also get themed Backblings in the form of Hinata’s Backpack, the Sand Gourd, and the Black Ops Mask. 

Players can expect to find the following with the collaboration as well:

Some of the items will be available in bundles. The Itachi & Orochimaru Bundle provides the Itachi Uchiha and Orochimaru Outfits with the Black Ops Mask and the Islandbound Ninja Loading Screen. Meanwhile, the Gaara & Hinata Bundle offers Gaara and Hinata’s Outfits with the Sand Gourd Backbling, Gaara’s Sand Cloud glider, Hinata’s Backpack Backbling, and the Shinobi Lineup Loading Screen.

Finally, the Rasenshuriken emote, Manda glider, Minato’s Kunai pickaxe, Sword of Kusanagi pickaxe, and the Akatsuki Wrap can be found in the Ninja Gear Bundle.

Outside of these items, the Naruto Shippuden collaboration will allow players to once again visit the Hidden Leaf village and take on quests from June 23rd, 8 PM ET to July 7, 8 PM ET. Meanwhile, the Nindo 2022 will kick off on June 21, 4 AM ET with tasks from Itachi, Gaara, and Orochimaru, which can be completed Fortnite Battle Royale or Fortnite Zero Build. Aside from emoticons, the Nindo 2022 will offer the Akatsuki Wrap and the Manda Glider, which will only be purchasable “at a later date,” as rewards.
