#How Trump and Biden are spending Christmas Day

Oh Christmas tee, oh Christmas tee.

President Trump spent Christmas Day doing what he does best, hitting the links at his Trump International Golf Course in Palm Beach, Florida where he will celebrate the holidays.

The president was seen arriving just before 10 a.m. on Christmas morning with Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, one of his top congressional allies and golfing partners.

But Trump was also photographed with a far rarer companion: a pair of reading glasses.

The coifed commander in chief, 74, was snapped in the back of the Beast with Graham, wearing his trademark “Make America Great Again” cap and a pair of spectacles.

Meanwhile, President-elect Joe Biden was also back where he spent most of 2020: inside his Wilmington, Del., bolthole with wife Jill Biden.

Biden’s transition team called a lid at 9 a.m., meaning the former veep will not be making any Christmas travel.

In their holiday message released on Friday morning, the president-elect and his wife acknowledged that they would be spending the holidays alone — skipping the Christmas Eve dinner they usually host for as many as 25 relatives.

“We’re going to miss our family, but it’s what we need to do to keep our family safe,” Biden said.

“We hope you’ll consider limiting travel and the size of family gatherings as well this year.”

Before departing Washington, Trump vetoed a $740 billion defense bill and refused to sign a $2.3 trillion COVID-19 relief and government funding bill.

It’s unclear when he will return to the White House, although it’s expected he may arrive back in Washington as soon as New Year’s Day.
