It’s easy to get carried away installing apps and games, but you’re probably not using all of them. The Play Store on Android makes it easy to uninstall a bunch of apps at once to free up space.

People used to rely on rooting or other complex methods to uninstall multiple apps at once. Thankfully, it’s now possible to do it right from the Play Store on every Android device. We’ll show you how it works.

First, open the Play Store on your Android device and tap your profile icon in the top right.

Next, select “Manage Apps & Device” from the pop-up menu.

Select "Manage Apps & Devices."

You’ll see a section that shows how much storage you’re using, tap on it.

Tap the storage section.

You’ll see all the app installed from the Play Store on your device. Check the boxes for all the apps you want to uninstall, then tap the trash can icon in the top right.

Finally, confirm you want to remove the selected apps by selecting “Uninstall” on the pop-up message.

That’s it! All the apps will be uninstalled. Depending on how many you selected, it may take a while to remove them all. This is a great way to free up space by getting rid of a bunch of unused apps at once.
