Hitozuma no Kuchibiru wa Can Chuhai no Aji ga Shite Previews Opening Theme in Latest Trailer, Debuts July 1

A spicy new main trailer has been released for the upcoming Hitozuma no Kuchibiru wa Can Chuhai no Aji ga Shite TV anime series, which previews the main opening theme song. The anime is expected to begin broadcasting in Japan on July 1, 2025 and is listed with eight total episodes and an OVA.
The anime’s opening theme previewed in the new trailer is “Can’t you high!?” by Japanese singer Uzuho.
Hajime Keima is directing the anime series and writing the screenplay, with Yoriko Karei as character designer and color designer, Yutaka Aota as art director, Tomohiro Hayashi as director of photography, and Fumihiko Odera as sound director. Raiose is handling the animation production.
Meanwhile, the anime’s “on-air version” voice cast includes:

- • Shiho Kawaragi as Yui Koriyama
- • Madoka Asahina as Ai Natsuno
- • Yuka Nukui as Miki
WWWave Corporation’s Deregula label is producing the anime series and will release two versions of the show: a censored “broadcast edition” and an uncensored “Deregula edition.” The latter version will be released on the show’s Blu-ray and DVD release and is also streaming exclusively on the AnimeFesta service.
The erotic comedy romance manga is written by Chinjao Musume and illustrated by Tama Nogami. It began serialization on Kodansha’s YanMaga Web manga website on February 17, 2021. The series has been collected into digital volumes as well as physical full-color volumes published under the title Hitozuma no Kuchibiru wa Kan Chuhai no Aji ga Shite: Zeitaku Full Color Strong Han. A total of 22 digital volumes have been released as of May 2025, with the first three volumes debuting in print.

Hitozuma no Kuchibiru wa Can Chuhai no Aji ga Shite centers on a young college student named Tsuyoshi, who enjoys drinking canned alcohol, and has various encounters with married women.
