The angelic voice of Hikaru Utada is once again gracing the newest Evangelion anime film, Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time, the official website for the franchise announced today. Visuals (above) featuring the First Children and Third Children for the LP and the EP that feature the new theme song "One Last Kiss" were unveiled.

Both the LP and the EP for "One Last Kiss", a reference to the notion that Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 might be the last Evangelion anime film, will feature every Evangelion theme sung by Hikaru Utada up until this point, as well as the "Fly Me To The Moon (In Other Words) -2007 MIX-" insert song for Evangelion 2.22. Both versions will be available on January 27, 2021, with the LP costing 3,000 yen (US$28.81) and the EP will cost 2,000 yen (US$19.20). A digital version of "One Last Kiss" will be released on January 24 at 00:00, the night that Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 is scheduled to be released in cinemas in Japan.
