Kanye paid a visit to his cousin’s grandma to surprise her for her 85th birthday party. Various clips find Kanye smiling more than we’ve seen in recent months while he’s chatting it up with family members he possibly hasn’t seen in a long time while sharing hugs and kisses.
Kanye and Chaney Jones took the next step in their relationship as Yeezy brought her along for the party to meet some of his family. A clip finds her being introduced to grandma as Kanye’s girlfriend so it’s all but confirmed they’re dating at this point.

Some might recall Lawrence Franklin, who posted the pair of clips above, as the family member who provided context about the cousin that got a Macbook from Kanye as a gift and extorted him for $250,000 in 2016 after threatening to leak the Kanye sex tape found on the laptop.
While enjoying some family time, Kanye ended up winning Best Rap Song for “JAIL” with JAY-Z and Best Melodic Rap Performance for “Hurricane” featuring Lil Baby and The Weeknd at the Grammy Awards to bring his total count to 24.
Yeezy also pulled out of Coachella where he was slated to headline the final night later this month for unspecified reasons, according to Variety and TMZ. He hasn’t spoken publicly or used his social media accounts since being suspended by Instagram in March.
