Cardi B is tired of people complaining about her “WAP” Grammy performance with Megan Thee Stallion. Following the Derek Chauvin verdict and death of Ma’Khia Bryant at the hands of police this week, Cardi feels police brutality should be at the top of every politician’s discussion list.

That wasn’t the case for Republican Wisconsin Congressman Glenn Grothman, who used a portion of his time on the floor to speak about the complaints he received regarding Cardi B’s steamy performance from over a month ago and FCC censorship.

“I’ve received complaints in my office — and rightfully so – about Cardi B and the Grammys,” Grothman stated on Thursday (April 22). “They wonder why we are paying the FCC if they feel this should be in living rooms across the nation. I realize that Kamala Harris has used her fame to promote this performer.”

Once Cardi got wind of the Congressman’s comments, the Bronx bombshell was fired up and implored him to focus on topics such as the police brutality going on inside his own state rather than a harmless performance from earlier this year.

“This gets me so mad ya don’t even know,” she replied. “I think we all been on the edge this week since we seen police brutality back to back including watching one of the biggest case in history go down DUE to police brutality but wait ! This is wat state representative decide to talk about.”

Cardi continued by referencing the Jacob Blake 2020 shooting in Wisconsin, “Mind you Nikkas can’t give a word about Jacob Blake or give him proper Justice but this part of the reason why !!!!! They giving seats to FUCKIN IDIOTS!! This is why people gotta vote, elect better people cause you got these dum asses representing states.”

Pleased with the jury’s decision, the Grammy-winning rapper called the Derek Chauvin guilty verdict “history.”
