A new main PV trailer has been released for the Harem in the Labyrinth of Another World isekai fantasy anime series. The anime will premiere on July 6, 2022 and the new trailer spotlights the opening theme “Oath,” performed by Shiori Mikami (who also voices the main heroine Roxanne). 

Joining Mikami in the anime’s voice cast are Taku Yashiro as Michio Kaga and Kenta Miyake as Allen. 

The anime production staff consists of Naoyuki Tatsuwa (Nisekoi, Dakaretai -I’m being harassed by the sexiest man of the year-) as director, Kurasumi Sunayama (86 -Eighty Six- scriptwriter) as series screenwriter, and Makoto Uno (Interspecies Reviewers) as character designer. Passione is handling the animation production for the series. 

Harem in the Labyrinth of Another World is based on the light novels of the same name, written by Shachi Sogano and illustrated by Shiki Douji. It originally started out as a web novel on Shousetsuka ni Narou in 2011. The series is published under Shufunotomo’s Hero Bunko label and began publication on December 21, 2012, with 12 total volumes released so far. A manga adaptation by Issei Hyoujyu began in Monthly Shounen Ace magazine in April 2017.

Additionally, three broadcast versions will be released in Japan when the series airs. They include a standard “TV broadcast ver.” with censored video and audio, a “Harem ver.” with only video censorship, and a “Super Harem ver.” with full uncensored content. 

Crunchyroll will stream the series in select English speaking territories while Ani-One Asia will stream it on their YouTube channel for Asia. Crunchyroll describes the synopsis as: 

Struggling with life and society, high school student Michio Kaga wanders about the Internet and lands on an odd website. The website, featuring a number of questions and a point-based system, allows one to create skills and abilities for a character. Upon completing his character, Kaga was transported to a game-like fantasy world and reborn as a strong man who can claim idol-level girls. Thus begins the cheat and harem legend of a reborn man!
