” Goodbye Ash Ketchum! New “Pokémon” series announced

The final chapter of Ash Ketchum, from the well-loved «Pokémon» series, is upon us. But this does not mean the end of «Pokémon», but «Pokémon» as a series continues to develop. With two brand new protagonists, «Pokémon» enters a new round.

A native degree for Ash

As the Pokémon Company announced on December 16, 2022, a new “Pokémon” series will appear. In the new series, 2 new characters and 3 Paldea starter Pokémon will succeed Ash. Ash gets 11 special episodes at the end of his journey. These will also mark the end of the Pokémon: Ultimate Journeys season and will be the final chapter for Ash and his Pikashu. The conclusion will have 11 episodes. After 25 years his journey will (finally) come to an end. The start date in Japan is January 11, 2023. A date for Germany has not yet been announced.

The new series and what is already known!

The two protagonists, Liko and Roy and their three new companions will experience new adventures in the Paldea region. This region is already well known and made its debut in the new games «Pokémon Crimson» and «Pokémon Crimson». Hence the three new companions of our protagonists: Felori, Krokel and Kwaks. According to the trailer, the Legendary Pokémon Rayquaza will also find a place in the new series in its dazzling form. The new series is expected to be released worldwide next year, as early as April 2023 in Japan.
