Warner Bros. Japan announced that Girls’ Frtonline anime series is scheduled for January 2022. The second key visual and preview trailer was also released with the announcement.
TEAM SHACHI will be performing the ending theme song “HORIZON” while yukaDD(;´∀｀) will perform the opening theme song “Bad Candy.”
Key staff members including Shigeru Ueda (Peach Boy Riverside) as director, Hideyuki Kurata (Made in Abyss) as series composer and screenplay writer, Masaki Yamada (Tiger & Bunny) as character designer, and Takashi Watanabe as music composer. Asahi Production is in charge of the animation production.
Haruka Tomatsu (Kyoko Hori from Horimiya) will voice M4A1, Nozomi Yamane (Javelin from Azur Lane) will voice M16A1, Emiri Katō (Kyubey from Madoka Magica) will voice ST AR-15, and Yukari Tamura (Jibril from No Game No Life) will voice M4 SOPMOD II.
