“#Gintama THE FINAL Holds Last Stage Greeting Event to Commemorate "Almost" One Million Ticket Sales”

By its fourth weekend, Gintama THE FINAL had earned 1.26 billion yen (12 million USD) and sold 930,000 tickets. To commemorate the "almost" one million ticket sales, the last stage greeting event with the voice cast members will be held at the Shinjuku Wald 9 theater in Tokyo twice (12:20/15:10) on February 13.

The guests of the first session are Tomokazu Sugita (Gintoki Sakata), Daisuke Sakaguchi (Shinpachi Shimura), and Rie Kugimiya (Kagura). The three will also join the second session along with Susumu Chiba (Isao Kondo), Kazuya Nakai (Toshiro Hijikata), and Kenichi Suzumura (Sougo Okita). Live viewings of the event will be simultaneously held at theaters throughout Japan that are showing the film.
