With the introduction of Inazuma, a lot of new quests, characters and regions have been added in Genshin Impact. Players are facing some difficulties in coping up with so many additions and changes, but you have nothing to worry about as we have it all covered. One such thing where fans are struggling is the Sinister Instruction Quest, which unlocks the Hollow Soul hidden achievement. So, in this guide we’ll be informing you about the best ways to crack it.

As mentioned above, the Hollow Soul achievement would be unlocked only if players complete the Sinister Instruction Quest. This quest works a bit differently and requires time and patience, if not much effort. The quest is spread out in 4 days in real-time and not Gneshin Impact time. So, you must revisit this quest for 4 continuous days to complete it and unlock the achievement. We have divided this guide day-wise to make things easier for you. So, just follow it and unlock the Hollow Soul achievement.

Day 1- 3

Since the quest can only be done in a minimum of 4 days, this is what you have to do for the first three days:

Make your way to Serpent’s Head
You will see Washizu the samurai seated next to a shrine
When you try talking with him, he will tell you to pray at the shrine three times every
Pray at the Outsider Shrine and a purple orb will appear every time
Go back to Washizu and talk to him
Return real-time next day to collect an exquisite chest

You must repeat this process for 3 consecutive days, and when you’ll return on the 4^th day, you’ll notice a change.

Day 4

The 4^th day will play out a bit differently and this is what you’ll have to do:

Just like the previous 3 days, go and talk to Washizu
This time, he will get aggressive and attack you
This is where the Sinister Instruction world quest will begin
Fight Washizu and defeat him
You will receive an Incomplete Note and a Tattered Paper

When you read this note you’ll come across instructions to visit Higi Village in search of the samurai’s possessions.

Final Steps

Upon receiving instructions for the final step, do as mentioned below:

Head to the southeast corner of the marked area in Higi Village
Make your way behind the home that you will find there
Position themselves between the two torches in this alcove
Press the input that appears onscreen to “Dig”
An Exquisite Chest will spawn

There, it’s done! As soon as you loot the chest, the golden words, “Quest Completed” will appear. With this, you will be awarded the Hollow Soul hidden achievement.
