Funko Drops Alex Ovechkin Pop! Figurine to Commemorate NHL Goal-Scoring Record

On Sunday, April 6, Washington Capitals’ left winger Alex Ovechkin scored his 895th career goal, breaking “The Great One” Wayne Gretzky’s all-time NHL goals record. To celebrate the historic moment, pop culture collectible company Funko released a limited-edition Ovi vinyl Pop! figurine, available for pre-order now.

The Alex Ovechkin All-Time Scorer Pop! figurine is available in limited quantities at both fanatics.com and nhl.com, retailing for $14.99. The officially licensed figure will ship no later than Monday, Dec. 1, 2025, the product’s official release date.

The Funko Pop! collectible measures approximately four inches tall and comes in the brand’s new authentication packaging, which uses micro-optic technology to ensure no duplication or replication. The figure’s body, Washington Capitals jersey and hockey stick are crafted from 100-percent painted vinyl.
