The duo’s 2014 collaboration will be commemorated with three shows in Boston, New York City, and Chicago.

This spring, Freddie Gibbs and Madlib will celebrate the 10th anniversary of their 2014 album Piñata with a handful of shows. Dubbed Teñata, the three concerts will take place in May in Boston, New York City, and Chicago. El Michels Affair will back the duo at each show; Eyedress is slated to open in Boston and Chicago, with Pink Siifu joining in N.Y.C. Presale tickets go on sale tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. local time until Thursday, January 25th at 10:00 p.m. local time. General sale tickets can be purchased beginning Friday, January 26th, at 10:00 a.m. local time. See the tour poster and dates below.

Since the release of Piñata, Gibbs has released four solo albums and three full-length collaborations, including Bandana, his second album with Madlib on production. Madlib has collaborated with a number of rappers including Talib Kweli and Blu, and released a solo album called Sound Ancestors via his own label Madlib Invazion Records.
