#Four arrested after video of disabled boy getting ‘pantsed’ posted online

Four teens were arrested Monday in connection to a disturbing incident posted to social media of a 14-year-old disabled boy getting “pantsed” at a New Jersey park, a report said.

The youngest suspects, both boys, ages 13 and 14, are accused of pulling down the victim’s pants as two young women, 16, and 19, filmed the episode last Wednesday at Berdan Grove Park in Fair Lawn, Northjersey.com reported, citing police.

The recording of the victim, who was crying, was shared widely on Snapchat and TikTok, eventually catching the attention of parents.

All but the 19-year-old, identified as Alis Fidrya, are enrolled within the Fair Lawn Public School District, who was also made aware of the video and notified the local police department, the superintendent said in a Monday statement.

Superintendent Nicholas Norcia said the district was “disturbed and upset by the nature of the video.”

Norcia added the district “has zero tolerance when it comes to harassment, intimidation and bullying, including cyber-bullying.”

Fidrya was charged with invasion of privacy, harassment and cyber harassment. The 16-year-old girl received the same charges as a juvenile, the report said, while the two boys were charged as juveniles with harassment.
