Yep, she might only be 16 but flowerovlove gets it – zero responsibilities equals a dream life. That’s the vibe she captures on “Saturday Yawning,” a loose and mellow R&B track with a homely feel. Delivering her lowkey, soulful vocals over a simple piano, Flowerovlove basks in the sun as she kicks back with two whole days to herself. The whole thing feels like a cool breeze through a freshly cracked window.

Speaking to The FADER, flowerovlove said: “‘Dance like you’re OK, non-stop all day can’t you see you’re in love’.. This has to be one of my favourite lines from ‘Saturday Yawning’ because sometimes we’re so caught up in the city life we don’t stop and regain that love for ourselves and things around us. What inspired this line is just stopping to be grateful for every single thing around you, look around and there’s so many things to love like the socks on your feet or the bed your sleeping on!”
