André 3000 has shared a mini-doc to mark the one year anniversary of his debut solo album New Blue Sun. The doc, which features candid behind the scenes footage, can be seen below.
Earlier this month New Blue Sun was nominated for Album Of The Year at the 2025 Grammys. André 3000 faces competition from fellow nominees Beyoncé (Cowboy Carter), Charli xcx (Brat), Sabrina Carpenter (Short N’ Sweet), Jacob Collier (Djesse Vol. 4), Chappell Roan (The Rise And Fall Of A Midwest Princess), Billie Eilish (Hit Me Hard and Soft), and Taylor Swift (The Tortured Poets Department) in the category.
Speaking at Camp Flog Gnaw over the weekend, the OutKast member said he already has plans to release more music, telling Amazon Music that he is looking at “new ways to distribute and express” himself in 2025.
