#Everywhere & Nowhere Webtoon First Impression! » OmniGeekEmpire

Today, I thought I’d highlight a pretty light-hearted webtoon called Everywhere & Nowhere for those that like history with a touch of a wholesome slice of life vibe!

Based on two of Shakespeare’s most beloved supporting characters, Everywhere and Nowhere follows the time travelling adventures of best friends Anne Guildenstern and William Rosencrantz, as they explore, fight and flirt their way through history. Their first stop is Ancient Greece, where the pair find themselves at the right hand of a very charismatic Greek leader loved by men and women alike, who also may just be bringing his people to the brink of war.

Now, reading it I thought it was going to be this cute couple’s adventure through time, but there’s actually a plot behind all that goofy facade, and it’s pretty dark too! Anne Guildenstern and William Rosencrantz’s quest to save the world are much more enjoyable given that their dynamic is so much fun to observe. Each chapter isn’t that long to read so it makes for a fun pastime when you’ve got nothing going on. And if you’re a history and culture fan as I am, it’s nice to see them retell ancient history from their own fun twist.
