Further details about the disc release of «Eromanga Sensei» on peppermint anime have become known!
In December 2020 peppermint anime announced that it would publish the series “Eromanga Sensei” on disc. Now more information about the German release is known.
The first volume should therefore on 17. June 2021 appear on DVD and Blu-ray. It will include the first seven episodes of the series. Volume 2 will follow on 19. August 2021 with episodes 8 to 12 as well as two OVA episodes. Both volumes appear as Amaray with O-Card.
There is an exclusive one in the AKIBA PASS shop Blu-ray collector’s slipcase which can be purchased with the volumes. There is also Goodies for the first 250 customers in the shop: For volume 1 they will receive an A3 folding poster with Sagiri, for the second volume they will receive a notebook with Masamune and Sagiri in A6 format.
The series was animated by Studio A-1 Pictures (including “Sword Art Online”) and premiered in Japan in 2017. Two years later there were also two OVA episodes. The anime is an adaptation of the light novel series of the same name by Tsukasa Fushimi.
