#Sukuna, Aizawa VA Junichi Suwabe Returns to Work After Recovering From COVID-19

The Tokyo Actor’s Consumer’s Cooperative Society, an agency and collective for talent in Japan, confirmed today that voice actor Junichi Suwabe, who is the voice of Ryomen Sukuna in JUJUTSU KAISEN, has recovered from COVID-19 and has returned to work today. Suwabe was under the care of a local health center, which cleared him to return to work.

Suwabe, who is also known as the voice of Shota Aizawa in My Hero Academia, Ryomen Sukuna in JUJUTSU KAISEN, Victor Nikiforov in Yuri!!! on ICE, Daiki Aomine in Kuroko’s Basketball, Greed in Fullmetal Alchemist (2004), and many more, came down with a sore throat on January 22, which prompted him to get a PCR for COVID-19, that came back positive on January 24. He was already self-isolating at the time after being deemed a close contact.

 

The agency and Suwabe thanked fans for their support during this time and apologized for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
