#Dreams Come True in BLUE REFLECTION TV Anime Adaptation

BLUE REFLECTION – a roleplaying game developed by Gust Co. Ltd. and released by Koei Tecmo Games for the PS4, PS Vita, and Windows platforms – is being adapted into a newly announced TV anime entitled BLUE REFLECTION RAY / Mio, and the main cast, the main staff, a teaser trailer, and a teaser visual have all been released for the series.

 

The main staff for BLUE REFLECTION RAY / Mio includes:

 

  • Original work: "BLUE REFLECTION" by Koei Tecmo Games
  • Director: Risako Yoshida
  • Series compostion, screenplay: Akiko Waba
  • Original characters: Mel Kishida
  • Character design: Kōichi Kikuta
  • Sound director: Yoshikazu Iwanami
  • Music production: MAGIC CAPSULE
  • Music: Daisuke Shinoda
  • Opening theme song: EXiNA (SACRA MUSIC)
  • Animation production: J.C.STAFF

 

Additionally, voice actors Manaka Iwami and Haruka Chigusa will play the lead roles of Hiori Hirahara and Ruka Hanari, respectively.

 

 

Set in a world where feelings such as joy, sadness, and anger have an unseen influence on reality, BLUE REFLECTION RAY / Mio follows the fateful meeting of Hiori Hirahara, an outgoing girl who always reaches out to people in need, and Ruka Hanari, a socially awkward girl who doesn't know how to get along well with other people. Will their feelings change themselves and the world around them?

BLUE REFLECTION RAY / Mio is scheduled to begin broadcasting in Japan in April of 2021 as part of the Mainichi Broadcasting System / Tokyo Broadcasting System / BS-TBS "Animeism" programming block.
