# Dragon Quest X Online version 7.0 expansion announced; Wii U and 3DS versions to end service on March 20, 2024

Square Enix has announced Dragon Quest X Online‘s version 7.0 expansion Dragon Quest X Online: The Door to the Future and the Sleeping Girl. It will launch in 2024 in Japan. More information will be announced after the story of version 6.0 comes to a close.

In related news, Square Enix announced that the Wii U and 3DS versions of Dragon Quest X Online will end service on March 20, 2024.

Dragon Quest X Online is available now for PlayStation 4, Switch, PC, Wii U, and 3DS in Japan.
