#Discover the Joys of Pottery in Yakunara Mug Cup Mo TV Anime Trailer

It’s a day for shaping clay, because a new trailer, a new key visual, and new cast members have been revealed for Yakunara Mug Cup Mo (known in English as Let’s Make a Mug Too), an upcoming TV anime based on the manga that celebrates the pottery-centric local charms of Tajimi-city in Gifu Prefecture. The new cast members include:

Set in Tamiji-city in Gifu Prefecture, a region that is famous for its ceramics and eartherware dishes, Yakunara Mug Cup Mo follows the adventures of Himeno Toyokawa, a high school girl who decides to join the school’s ceramic art club with her friends after she discovers that her late mother was a legendary pottery artist.

 

A new key visual for the upcoming Yakunara Mug Cup Mo TV anime, featuring main character Himeno Toyokawa and her three friends fussing over a pottery wheel while as Himeno struggles to shape a mug out of clay.

 

Yakunara Mug Cup Mo is directed by Jun Kamiya and features animation production by Nippon Animation. The series will broadcast in Japan on CBC TV beginning on April 02, 2021, with additional broadcasts to follow later on BS11, TOKYO MX, Mainichi Broadcasting System, and AT-X.
