#DIGIMON GHOST GAME Anime Gets Its First Trailer » OmniGeekEmpire

Digimon Ghost Game, a new anime series from Toei Animation, will air on October 3, 2021 in Japan. The news comes courtesy of an update to the show’s official website that contained new info about the premise and characters.

Digimon Ghost Game features a levelheaded Hiro Amanokawa and Gammamon, the social butterly Ruri Tsukiyono and Angoramon, and the genius graduate Kiyoshiro Higashimitarai and Jellymon.

Digimon Ghost Game was first revealed in August 2021 takes place in the near future. There, rumors abound on social media about mysterious “hologram ghosts”. First-year junior high student Hiro then inherits a mysterious “Digivice” from his father, and in doing so becomes capable of perceiving Digimon. Hiro and his pals must then journey on the unseen side of the world to investigate and end the threat hologram ghosts pose.
