#Delicious in Dungeon Giveaway Japanese Script Terms and Conditions

In celebration of the Delicious in Dungeon TV anime series, a giveaway is hosted by the Delicious in Dungeon Global X (formerly Twitter) account. The special prizes are the Delicious in Dungeon Japanese script book (episode 1) signed by the Japanese cast members (Laios: Kentaro Kumagai, Marcille: Sayaka Sembongi, Chilchuck: Asuna Tomori, and Senshi: Hiroshi Naka). 

The giveaway will be held on the @dun_meshi_en X (formally Twitter) account.

This giveaway sweepstake is hosted by Anime Trending (sponsor, host) 

1. Eligibility 

Participants of the age of 18 or older residing in North America, South America, Europe, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Oceania, and Africa. Exclusion: participants in Japan, China, Russia and other countries with restricted shipping. KADOKAWA  and Anime Trending employees, as well as subsidiaries, affiliates, employees’ immediate family members, and friends, are ineligible to participate in the giveaway. 

1. Giveaway Entering Period

The period for entering the giveaway begins on February 8, 2024, and ends on February 21, 2024 at 11:59 PM (PDT).

1. How to Enter (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)

As stated above, there is no purchase necessary to enter. To enter this giveaway, you must REPOST with a comment and FOLLOW @dun_meshi_en on X (formally known as Twitter). A X account is necessary to enter. Only one entry per person. Multiple accounts and entries by an individual are not permitted, and any suspicious activity will be null and void the individual’s entries into the giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right null and void entries when necessary and permitted. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any delayed entries due to technical issues or other issues.

1. Winner Notification

3 winners will be selected. Potential winners will be randomly selected after February 21, 2024, and the odds of being selected as a potential winner are dependent upon the entries received by Sponsor. 

Each winner will receive 1x Delicious in Dungeon signed Japanese script book. 

Sponsor will contact potential winner through X direct message and other means necessary. The potential winner is required to provide information such as a valid mailing address and verify within 72 HOURS after Sponsor sends a direct message through X. Failure to respond to any attempted contact, verify and provide a valid mailing address, and appropriate information to receive the giveaway, non-compliance with these Official Giveaway Rules, as stated in the article, or declines to or cannot accept the prize to be awarded, such potential winner will be disqualified, his/her entry will be declared null and void and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to select at random another eligible entry, in which event these provisions shall apply to such other eligible entry.

Information collected in connection with you will be used solely for the giveaway by the Sponsor to administer the giveaway. This may include verifying the winner and any information involuntarily provided to the Sponsor from you.

By entering the giveaway, you release Anime Trending and its affiliates and parties involved in the giveaway from any liability whatsoever related to any without any limitations claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this giveaway or transmission, failed correspondence (incorrect information and whatsoever) or acceptance of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional). 

1. Reservation of Rights

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or revise the rules of the giveaway for any or no reason. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual in violation of these Official Giveaway Rules or if Sponsor discovers such individual to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or acting in an unlawful or disruptive manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term or provision of these Official Giveaway Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term or provision.
